Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items

Please note that all items currently available are pre-order products.

Pre-order items require approximately 8 weeks for production and fulfillment. Orders containing pre-order products are expected to be shipped in August.

While we always strive to meet the estimated timeline, slight delays may occur due to production, logistics, or customs processes.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes are included for all orders shipped within the EU, UK, and USA.

US orders are fulfilled domestically through our US fulfillment center and will not incur additional customs or import fees upon delivery.

For countries outside the EU, UK, and USA, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
